If you are renting your home out to holidaying guests, the following jobs can all be done well before they arrive. Regular cleaners do an amazing job turning over holiday rentals but they simply don’t have the time to do the following.

  • A professional flue clean is essential for the removal of dangerous, flammable creosote and soot build up in your chimney. ensuring your wood heater runs efficiently. Yes it’s a dirty job, but it should be done every year.

  • AC filters should be cleaned annually especially if you live close to the sea.

  • Cleaning your washing machine and dishwashers filter will massively improve their performance.

  • Rangehood filters need a thorough clean to remove fatty buildup up prevent odours.

  • Bathroom filters don’t work efficiently when filled with dust. Inefficient filters promote mould and they also drop debris on guests when they are on the thrown.

  • Spa filters should be cleaned regularly to ensure your spa water stays healthy,
