Do you offer fixed pricing?
Yes we can when we can fully inspect the work area and there is a defined scope of works. We typically offer fixed pricing for larger jobs such as paving, tile setting, and concrete work.
When do you charge hourly rates?
We charge hourly rates when there may be additional work required to do a thorough job. For example any work that involves demolition and rubbish removal is charged at an hourly rate. We also charge hourly rates for general maintenance involve multiple tasks.
Can we book direct from the website?
Yes, you can check availability and lock in dates via the website.
Can you look after our holiday home?
Absolutely. We can prepare your holiday home for your next visit, including stocking the fridge, putting out the bins, tidying the garden, and even arrange gift deliveries at Christmas. We can also check up on your property after storms and prepare it for fire danger days.
Tip Fees
Any work that requires tip runs will have tipping fees added to the invoice .Where possible we will do tip runs for multiple clients splitting the tip fees and hourly charges.
What work won’t you do?
Electrical,.plumbing, and other work requiring certification will require a qualified tradesperson. We are happy to arrange plumbers and electricians on your behalf.
